Fuel Decontamination Module

Epiroc Southern Asia’s Fuel Decontamination Module improves the quality of fuel that may have deteriorated from weathering, contamination or poor storage. The integrated pump and multi stage filter system ensure the cleanest, highest-quality fuel at a point nearest its use. Both dispensing and non-dispensing models are available.

Mobile Maintenance Module

This workshop has been designed for heavy vehicle maintenance. Set up without external power required on almost any surface without preparing ground. Monitor and measure fluid usage and perform other daily maintenance in a safe, weatherproofed area.

The container also safely compartmentalizes work and storage areas to separate flammables and noise from the welding area. Clean, high-quality fluid dispensing from the non-gravity system gives faster, more even flow.

Filter Cart

Contamination control of mobile and fixed equipment. Extend lubricant and component life. Filters suspend contaminants out of hydraulic, engine, transmission and final drive fluid. Attain desired ISO cleanliness levels.

We offer both electric and pneumatically powered self-contained portable hydraulic fluid filtration carts. The patented five-stage filtration technology features a built-in non-filter bypass design that eliminates system blockage and backflow. High flow motors hoses mean a short cleaning process time.

The wheeled filter carts use kidney-loop cleaning of used hydraulic oil to promote extended life of both oil and hydraulic equipment. The same cleaning process can be used to ensure new oil’s quality before dispensing, as well as purifying hydraulic systems to rid both the fluid and the hydraulic system of contaminants incidentally introduced during preventive maintenance and repairs..
